Remington Park Field Maintenance (Full-Time)
Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Remington Park Field Maintenance will be primarily responsible for setting up fields for Sports programming at Remington Park, including setting up fields for YMCA Sports, TASA events, tournaments, and any other events at Remington Park. Field lining would be included in the daily functions. Oversee the Travel tournaments on the weekends.
- Ensure all fields for the Sports programming and tournaments including field lining and field preparation for all sports at Remington Park.
- Oversee the Travel tournaments on weekends communicating with Tournament Directors, Maintenance staff, and Concession staff during the tournament.
- Coordinate with the City of Thomasville Maintenance staff and Landscaping team on all sports programming and tournaments during the year.
- Conduct programs under the annual budget related to assigned program area.
- Assist as needed in other program areas, at the direction of the Executive Director.

Sports Program Director (Full-Time)
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing sports programs. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing various athletic activities and events to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among young participants. The director ensures that programs run smoothly, meet safety standards, and provide a positive experience for all involved.
Administer and supervise Thomasville/Thomas County Recreation and YMCA programs, including:
- Youth Soccer (Fall & Spring)
- Youth Volleyball
- Teens programs
- Front Desk support as needed
- Remington Park Tournament Assistant

This position provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes of all ages and abilities. Provides exceptional customer service to promote aquatics programs and the YMCA. Builds effective, authentic relationships with students and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Provides exceptional customer service to promote the Aquatics program and YMCA.

The individual that can bring knowledge, passion, and a positive attitude to our competitive team. Previous coaching experience in competitive gymnastics is required. Willing to work in the afternoons, and some weekends, and willing to travel if needed. Must complete all required USA Gymnastics courses required for Professional Membership.
