Group fitness will keep you healthy, connected, and having fun. We offer 110 group exercise and water exercise classes each week ranging from Power Muscle, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot Camp, Water Aerobics, Cycling, and more.
Check out our specialty classes for our active older adult members, Chair Aerobics, Beginning Yoga and Zumba Gold.
Kids fitness is also available through Zumba Kids, a fun and active group "exercise" class that makes exercise time, fun time.
