Group Fitness

Group fitness will keep you healthy, connected and having fun. We offer 110 group exercise and water exercise classes each week ranging from Power Muscle, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot Camp, Water Aerobics, Cycling and more.

Check out our specialty classes for our active older adult members, Chair Aerobics, Beginning Yoga and Zumba Gold.

Kids fitness also available through Zumba Kids, a fun and active group "exercise" class that makes exercise time, fun time.

  • Spots will be open for reservations 23 hours in advance before class.
  • You can sign up in advance to reserve your spot.
  • Or, sign up at the YMCA front desk.
  • Yoga Classes: We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat, but we will have mats available that will be wiped down before and after class.
