Group Fitness

Group fitness will keep you healthy, connected and having fun. We offer 110 group exercise and water exercise classes each week ranging from Power Muscle, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot Camp, Water Aerobics, Cycling and more.

Check out our specialty classes for our active older adult members, Chair Aerobics, Beginning Yoga and Zumba Gold.

Kids fitness also available through Zumba Kids, a fun and active group "exercise" class that makes exercise time, fun time.
