Group fitness will keep you healthy, connected and having fun. We offer 110 group exercise and water exercise classes each week ranging from Power Muscle, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, Boot Camp, Water Aerobics, Cycling and more.

Kids fitness also available through Zumba Kids, a fun and active group "exercise" class that makes exercise time, fun time.
Group Fitness Schedules
- Spots will be open for reservations 23 hours in advance before class.
- You can sign up in advance to reserve your spot.
- Or, sign up at the YMCA front desk.
- Yoga Classes: We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat, but we will have mats available that will be wiped down before and after class.

|BAM||Beats And Motion! Using rhythm as the source of inspiration to discover a new group fitness experience BAM combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm.|
|Body Blast||This is a full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout to start your day out right and have you leavce class feeling great!|
|Boga Fit||A fitness regimen that combines the best aspects of key proven core movements from yoga and boot camp on top of the water.|
|Chair Yoga||Perfect for beginning yoga students and those with physical challenges who find it difficult to get on and off the floor as required in a traditional yoga class. The postures are chosen to protect joints, strengthen balance and increase range of movement.|
|Country Line Fusion||Country Fusion is an aerobic fitness workout centered around Country Dance while infusing various other dances including Salsa, Cha- Cha, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, Samba, Merengue, Swing & more!|
High Flow Yoga
|This is the perfect class for those looking to add more agility and cardio work into their yoga practice! High Yoga Flow combines plyometrics and free movement with vinyasa flow and meditation - all set to heart-pumping music. Come prepared to get centered with sweat!|
|Holy Yoga||Holy Yoga is an experiential worship created to deepen people's connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness.|
|Flow Yoga||If you’ve been curious about yoga, but maybe a little intimidated, this class is designed to help you become familiar with basic yoga postures, breathing and techniques.|
|Kickboxing||A cardio workout that incorporates punches, kicks, ply metrics and more. You will burn mega calories. Great for the beginner or the experienced.|
|Knock It Off||Conditioning based boxing including calisthenics, plyos, rope work, weights, shadowboxing and core work. Total body workout!|
