Rentals
The Thomasville YMCA offers rentals at multiple locations for various events and occasions. From birthday parties, to the Butler-Mason Pool, the YMCA of Thomasville has multiple locations for any event that anyone can ask for.
Listed below are the rates and information for each location:
Everett Milton YMCA Rental Fees:
Not taking any reservations until 2023.
Community Room
Fee: $75 per hour or $350 for 6 hours. There is an additional $25 fee for Sundays.
A $50 cash clean-up deposit is required. If the facility is cleaned up after the event, then they get the $50 back.
A $25 non-refundable deposit must be made in order to book the room along with a signed contract. The balance of the fee is due 7 days prior to the event.
The room is limited to 35-40 people. Must be out by 10:00 pm.

Pool Rental:
- $150.00 per 2 hours for up to 10 swimmers.
- Each additional swimmer is $2.00 per person.
- Inflatable Dolphin may be rented for $30
- We do not offer pool rentals from Memorial day to Labor Day
